Part 2 Sakura VS Temari Part 1

I will say Temari wins because she is a distance fighter while so far Sakura has shown good close range skills. Also pre skip Temari is still smarter than Sakura post skip. If the terrain were closed in then it could be different.

Temari would win. If Sakura have little chakra left and is injured, she really can't do to much.

There are two things why Temari would win. 1: She is a long distance fighter, so an injured leg doesn't really matter much because he can hit Sakura with wind from anywhere. 2: Sakura doesn't have much chakra left, so she couldn't waste it on healing herself. She wouldn't be able to do anything but running from Temari's attacks.

Sakura for the win... I think Sakura would be smart enough to dodge the air currents from Temari's wind, and if Sakura lands the punch, Temari is gone

Temari wins...

1) Distanced fighter.
2) Temari is already a Chuunin at this point.
3) She's the fucking Kazekages daughter...
4) She is also a skilled Chakra user and knows how to conserve it.
5) Analytically, she's not on the same calibre as shikamaru, but still close.
6) She's awesomeness and uses wind (My favourite element) although give it time, I reckon Sakura could surpass her.

Based on what we've seen during the bell test and what Kakashi said I would say Sakura takes it easy. First off, Temari did not move up in rank during time skip not pre time skip. Post time skip Sakura on the other hand is chuunin. Also, she has very good dodging skills thanks to the training with Tsunade (in other words dodging Temari's long distance attacks wouldn't be all that hard).
Also, as soon as Sakura manages to move in on Temari it would be a 1 hit K.O. (Kakashi thinks sakura's strength is enough to take him out and Kakashi>>>>pre-time skip temari).
