Hey guys. I'm making a Naruto map for use in RISK.
To make this work though there is a lot of complete fabrication on my part. I had to find a way to name the smaller sections of the shinobi nations and where their borders lie. I tried to make the stuff I added as close to the anime/manga as I could but there is only so much that is shown.
All of the names and territories I added so far are based off of the manga or anime in some way (diving deep in the filler episodes) and I tried to place them in locations that make sence in the naruto world. please look them over and if you see somthing completly wrong (like a city or nation is in the wrong place) please point it out to me and I'll see if I can change it.

Ok well I got this far on my own but now I don't know where to go from here. I have a bunch of unnamed tarritoies and little to base them on. Can you guys give me a hand and sugest somthing that would fit.
2 unnamed territories in the Earth nation
2 unnamed territories in the lightning nation
4 unnamed territories in the wind nation
1 unnamed territories in the fire nation
2 unnamed territories in the water nation
