Hmm it seems like a hard match considring Yamato can use Mokoton to maniplate his body using some bizare ninjutsu plus hes got the affinites of Doton and Sutions are his disposal meanwhile Kakuzu has 5 hearts along with each elemental jutsu at his disposal and thos tentical things plus hes iron skin jutsu and strong taijutsu. I guess Kakuzu might win the fight but not without having a hard time

Kakuzu easily wins this. He is just simply too much of a powerhouse and is extremely well rounded. Yamato is strong in Suiton, Doton, and Mokuton ninjutsu, but that seems to be where his ninja skills end. Kakuzu can use even more elements than that, has a powerful defence (doton armor), has 5 lives, and has an extremely powerful taijutsu style technique (huge tentacles), plus he has decades more experience.
