why, they're crazy enough to release all bijyuu that already captured and extracted

that's mean real bijyuu roaming around freely in konoha and destroy everthing, akatsuki just add the damage here and there, kakuzu will blast high level element like crazy, deidara with the #18 bomb, itachi blast amaterasu, kisame will flood the village, sasori's poison gas in the air, and many more.......... that's hell, fight the moster and akatsuki

probably konoha, they have all their hokages, shodai, nidaime, sandaime, godaime, then they have all the anbu, they got sand help right? so that includes gaara, temari, kankuro etc.... they may not win on one on one fights, but with all the shinobi, they'd win. especially since you konoha has all their sharingan users including itachi on their side. :p

Hmm... If it's Akatsuki attacking Konoha, they should be able to win since Oro has shown the possibility of how Konoha could be destroyed with a well-thought out infiltration plan. This time, instead of fodder nins, we have Akatsuki members, so there's no excuse to lose! Also, Konoha nins may not perform at their best if they have to worry about protecting their young and family...

The chances of Akatsuki losing:
1) lack of coordination. Oh well, all of them are quite egoistic and fighting as a team may not fit their style.
2) over-confidence. Not unexpected either.
3) plot no jutsu. It happens even in a hypothetical scenario. :zaru

Konoha wins as there are FAR more konoha ninja than you even know about. There are thousands... Akatsuki just can't match up with the might of a village. Otherwise why would Pein need his ultimate jutsu?
