I'm confused...the 6 categories you listed in the rules are Naruto FCs, Bleach FCs, One Piece FCs, General FCs, Joke FCs, and Member FCs...so what category do other manga/anime FC banners fall under? :confused

Similar question as above. Do we vote a winner for each fanclub section or just overall 1 winner ?

I'm pretty sure you vote for 1 winner per FC section, so there will be 7 winners total.
Eligible Fanclubs:
-Naruto Fanclubs
-Bleach Fanclubs
-One Piece Fanclubs
-General Fanclubs
-Joke Fanclubs
-Member Fanclubs
-Other Anime/Manga Fanclubs

How many winners?
-There will be 1 winning entry chosen for EACH FANCLUB section. That means we'll have 7 winners total.
^I PMed Harlita about the Other Manga/Anime FC section and she added it, so I changed it from saying 6 winners to 7 winners. I think she forgot to edit that part...

Well, that's how I've been voting. I voted for a banner in every category except General FCs so far...I hope this helps!

I hope what I said is right and I didn't misunderstand Harlita's rules... >__< But I think it makes sense, because it's the only way we'll end up with one winner for each of the 7 sections.
