We know that he's better than sandaime, and the sandaime/oro fight, oro only just won, even with the help of ichi/nidaime

so he can take orochimaru on his own. But im not sure about him + itachi working in a team, once he looks into his eyees he's done for, not to mention that because of his awesome sharingan he's untouchable

While I do think Yondaime would be able to defeat either of them individually, both would provide a very close battle. The difference really isn't that great. There's absolutely no chance of Yondaime - or anyone else in the Narutoverse - defeating both of the at the same time. :)

He could use the jutsu that sealed the kyuubi, same jutsu the third used on orochimaru but he didn't succeed because he was too old. But Yondaime isn't, but Itachi also is very strong. I don't really know

The strongest of the Sannin and a boy who is stronger then most kages, vs Yondaime, and you think he will simply use a suicidal move to win? No, either way Yondaime losses fairly easy here. Genjutsu of the Sharingan/MS will cripple him, if not kill him outright.
