Yondaime would over all win. Even if the Sharingans' see things slowly, Yondaime's FLying Thunder God Techniuqe happens in less then a milisecond. As shown in the Manga, Rin throws the kunai and all the enemys appear knocked out, possiblly dead with Yondaime holding a kunai. Meaning when using the Thunder God Yondaime "teleports" which in reailty moving faster then light itself. Meaning the Sharingan cannot register any of the movements and as long non Uchiha's evade eye contact Itachi is useless as well as Kakashi and Sasuke. So with one toss of the Kunai Yondaime will be able to defeat all enemys before a milisecond can pass. Then he could preform a summoning and summon the frog to stall the Kyuubi as Yondaime Body Flickers to another area, then Summon the Kyuubi itself to that area, then flicker back to the frog with chakra to spare. For it is proven and shown that the Kyuubi can and was summoned. Yondaime takes the win.
