Kido has alot of ways to get you in the web, none of which Kakashi knows about. Kakashi could be walking around and unbeknownst to him there is web all over the floor. Once he is in the web, it's over. And if Kido goes CS2, there really isn't a contest anymore.

are you saying the elite jounin kakashi is just gonna be walking around in the middle of a fight. and neji was able to contest are you serious about kakashi getting beat. this isnt about rank either. kakashi says how he has a shika like brain, kiba like nose and thousands of jutsu. i just see him beating kido

No, I'm saying that Kakashi could just be walking through the Forest, on his way to or from a mission and there is spider web laid around without him knowing. And in this scenario if he gets caught in said web, despite his Kiba-like nose and all that, I doubt he has Hyuuga-like chakra cutting powers so he would be in a hell of a jam. Maybe if he broke out something really creative he could get out of it, but Kidoumaru CS2 would crush him. Unless of course he can send chakra through his web like Neji... but I doubt it.

It would be a good fight, but if he gets caught early, then its over. The spider summon and all that, the web-spikes from all sides... what would he do against stuff like that. Neji was suited to fight Kido, they were all pretty much suited to fight their opponents in that arc. I doubt anyone else would be able to take em (other than ridiculously overpowered or broken characters).

Kidomaru is usually a tough matchup for a lot of ninjas but Kakashi has this. First stamina is no longer an issue for Kakashi, the latest chapters prove that. Secondly, Kidomaru's webs can be cut through by using lightning chakra like Kakashi did against Kakuzu:

Finally, Kakashi could use anyone one of his nin dogs to track down Kidomaru by scent. This of course is assuming their fighting in a forest because if its out in the open then Kido doesn't stand a chance.

alot of factors are important to this fight. if kido gets the drop on him thats a huge disadvantage. naruto can kill 99.9999% of everything in the narutoverse if he gets the first move off without the enemy knowing. when i enter battledome i like to think of something like the chunnin exam except to the death (unless of course stated otherwise by thread creator in the beginning)

if is a straight battle with nowhere to hide kakashi wins for sure. if its in a forest kakashi might lose. if kido gets the drop on him outta nowhere then it really isnt that fair or interesting of a fight now is it

Kidoumaru loses. Badly. He is around the level of a high chuunin. He and the other 3 toys of Oro had to push to CS2 to defeat Genma and some other Jounin.

Kakashi, an elite jounin by himself would destroy Kidoumaru.

Neji, pre-skip beat Kidoumaru, and you are saying Kakashi doesn't stand a chance? As soon as Kakashi sees Kidoumaru he could just use his MS to cut off Kidou's head. Even if he didn't do it that cheaply, he could still cut the webbing with his Raikiri and then just avoid them for the rest of the fight, which would be very short and consist of him putting his hand right through Kidou's brain. Did you see the Chuunin Exam when he and the other Jounin nearly teleported in to stop Neji? Their speed is on another level entirely form Neji at that point, and Kakshi's is even farther beyond that since he is speed based. Plus all the the hundreds of jutsus Kakashi knows, he could probably use Dotons or Katons to get out of the webbing. He could even ride along under the ground and only come out once he is close to Kidou.

There are so many ways for Kakashi to win this. Stop assuming that only Neji can breeak the webs because only Neji did break them.

You forgot that some people have natural advantage over others, and a chuunin level ninja with enough advantage over a jounin opponent can win.
