why havent we seen more one handed seals

we see plenty of two handed, and even no hands (rasengan, and practically all of Oro's jutsu's)

but are one handed seals to make jutsu's that difficult. i'd like to think kakashi can do it, or maybe even sasuke. but did kakashi's suprise to see haku do it mean that much, is using one handed seals that difficult?????

(i bet jiraiya could do it)

Zabuza did a one handed Mizubunshin seal. Rasengan does not requires handseal just your hand. I think the reason Kakashi was suprised was the fact that it was a long string of one handed seal. Mizubunshin only requires one but to do a long string of hand seal one handed is quite impressive.

Much speculation has been done on the subject of one handed seals, and I have to think that they require a lot of practice to do or it requires a specific trait to acomplish...

I don't quite understand it either, but they must be difficult, otherwise everyone would use them. Why? Because then multiple jutsus could be used at once, or one could even use a ninjutsu during a taijutsu battle (while still having a hand free), which would be a huge advantage.

The only long one handed seal combo was done by Haku, and he had a bloodline limit so you probably need something like that.

I think most jutsu require two handed seals, and if one does require two hands then you probably can't do it with 1.

Like Kage Bunshin for example. The little cross thing Naruto does couldn't be doen with one hand.

i agree with this statement. but of course none of us can have a direct answer to this. this is one that seems to be a good explanation.

it is because of the bloodline limit..

it is shown in the manga that combining 2 different types with both hands will let you use wood type jutsu (or in hakus case ice type jutsu) so if you use one hand you can use one of the elements which you can combine
