I think that Team Akatsuki would put up a good match but they wouldn't win. I think that Team Hokage would win, even if they had to put up their lives to win.

If Akatsuki had Sasori this would be far closer as he would be extremely deadly in this type of match. Without him Hokages win fairly easy.

Too many X-factors but I would say probably Team Hokage. Yondaime would be able to take out at least two of the Akatsuki by himself. Two of the weaker ones at least.

it has been said in the manga that the 3rd and 4th could have possibly been the greatest ninjas ever, but we also have not even seen some of the akatsuki yet so it is close, but i have to say team hokage

Yes, and this is the greatest battle ever made in the NBD imo(although the exact battle has been made at least 3 times).

I will side with Hokages, of course its not a definite answer.
