Part 1: Neji vs Sasuke

In fight 1, Sasuke has no chance. He was whooped by Lee, who can't beat Neji, plain and simple. His Katon attacks will be useless because of Kaiten, and he has no genjutsu to speak of. He's out of his league in this one.

In fight 2 Sasuke stands a better chance, but I think he would still lose. With chidori comes his Lee-like speed, which still isn't enough to beat Neji (although he does have sharingan, which might give him a better chance than Lee would at taijutsu). Chidori isn't generally supposed to be used against a moving target, and Neji can definitely see it coming and dodge it. Sasuke could win, but I'd give this one to Neji also.

For fight 3 I'd say it's hard to tell. Sasuke's 3 tomoe sharingan could detect a Kyuubified Naruto's movement (not KN1, but just with the chakra), whereas it's hard to say if Neji could. Neji used Kaiten to block Naruto in this case, which leads me to think that he was afraid he wasn't fast enough to keep up in a taijutsu match. I think Sasuke might have this one.

I say Neji wins the first two matches, but loses the 3rd to 3-Tomoe Sasuke. 3-Tomoe Sharingan is too ownage for Neji to fight against.

just how does Sasuke win battle three???? Neji kills, destroys, dominates each battle. Sasuke can't beat Rock Lee and Lee ca not beat Neji, therefore Neji should win. Or is there some sort of thingy that Sasuke can use.

I believe Neji would deminate the first match. His taijutsu and speed would be superior in every way.

I believe the second match would be a serious toss up and they'd be close to the same level. The big question is Sasuke's strongest offensive move stronger than Neji's strongest defensive move. That would be the main factor in my opinion. Sasuke could probably run faster than Neji but I doubt he could be faster in reflexive terms (punching speed not running speed). Although I think that would be close as well. I'd give this one to Neji. Simply because all he has to do is touch Sasuke and he might not be able to use any moves after that and he's not allowed to use the curse seal.

Third fight, I'm not sure how strong Sasuke is here but I'd give this one to Sasuke.

Neji is a taijutsu user only. Even a 2 dot sharingan can predict moves of any taijutsu user unless he is too fast. Neji hasnt shown incredible speed like Lee or kyuubi naruto. I think all these matchups will be hard for neji since sasuke is simply able to predict his movements.

Fight 1: A crippled kitten with Down Syndrome has a better chance against Neji. Neji very easily.

Fight 2: Sasuke's speed was comparable to Lee's normal speed without weights. Neji could probably still be victorious, that is unless, Sasuke relies on the Cursed Seal.

Fight 3: This is an absolute curbstomp in Sasuke's favor. Neji didn't improve as drastically as Sasuke did after the Chuunin exams, whilst Sasuke got CS2, 3 tomoe Sharingan, and insane physical strength. Sasuke in a curbstomp.

Kakashi stated by himself Sasuke would lose to Neji. And he didn't know all abilities of a Hyuuga.

Fight 2: Sasuke post-chidori
Sasuke would have a chance but it's debatable. Neji's kaiten could probably block Chidori so the main Sasuke's attack would be some kind of useless. That makes a big advantege for Neji, because none of Sasuke's ninjutsu would be able to harm Hyuuga.

Fight 3: Sasuke at VotE(Sharingan only)
It's probably the only fight where Sasuke would have an advantage. With 3 tamoe sharingan he can probably avoid Neji's attacks and create a good opportunity to hit him with chidori. However it would be hard.

I think he should find other way than this. Chidori requires some time to charge and it would be probably enough for Neji to prepare. Sasuke should combine some taijutsu attecks and ninjutsu to create a good opportunity to attack with success.
