I think the last one you listed (umibozu, or whatever) is the filler sea boss, which it took Gamabunta to beat.

My favorite summon would have to be Kamatari. Temari's sickle-wielding weasel, despite it's size, caused an immense amount of destruction within a short period of time. Furthermore, when Kamatari proceeds to attack, it can't be seen by the human eye.
