How long would Hiashi be able to last against Neji?

It should be how long would Neji last against Hiashi.

If you remember when the anime flashed back to when Hinata was kidnapped by the Sand nin, Hiashi was the one who saved her.
He took out one of the Sand's most powerful ninja with one Jyuuken hit to the heart.
So I think Neji will lose.

After the time skip, Neji extend his range to 800m. Can Hiashi even reach those numbers?

Neji wont pass up Hiashi till he has to fight a really strong enemy (Zetsu). When that time comes he will once again show why he is one of the top riseing Jounins.
...Hiashi wins by pure experience. What a pointless thread.

Anything Neji can do Hiashi can do better.....until Neji gets the spotlight like in the Kidoumaru fight...he'll surpass him.

I dont think it will be long, at the time he has improved enough to put up a fight. BTW Didnt I just make this same thread a few days ago?????
It might not be easy, but Hiashi should win. After the time skip, Neji extend his range to 800m. Can Hiashi even reach those numbers?
During the chuunin exam, Hinata went a kilometer ahead.

Hiashi with ease. He's the 3rd strongest in Konoha behind Tsunade and Jiraiya. The idea of Neji beating his is asinine.

^ Speculation, but not completely inaccurate.
I think Neji has a chance of beating Hiashi, but for now, exp is what he loses in.

Hiashi's the leader of the strongest clan in Konoha. I think he could take Neji on.

Hiashi no doubt, for now.

Hiashi would rock neji's world, for the moment. Give the boy time, he'll take him out eventually.

Well if you meet two people who fight in the exact same way, logic dictates that the more experienced of the two would win out. Until we see Neji get a proper fight postskip, i'm inclined to pick Hiashi.

Not 100% sure, but I think it was the Head Shinobi of Kumogakure that kidnapped Hinata.
Anyone, before timeskip. It is possible that Hiashi would have instantly obliterated Neji.
As he was the head of the clan, it could only be assumed that he would not only have the knowledge of the clans special techniques (if not knowning how to use them himself) and along with that knowledge the ability to stop them. Then if you were to add that onto his experiences being a Ninja, combat and all that Psychological training they would probably have to receive than he would have been very far out of the range of Neji as a potential combatant.
However Post Timeskip, Neji would probably be equal if not superior to Hiashi. Just as Kakashi said, its the fate of the young to overcome the old or something like that, I don't really remember nor feel like going back). So it would be safe to assume that Neji is now more powerful than Hiashi. Adding Neji's jounin status to that, along with giving him time to create his own techniques (being the genius that he is he should be capable of it) that Hiashi doesn't know. Even Hiashi's battle experience may not end up mattering much in the possible battle.
Did not think I was going to put that much thought into it.
Now one more thought comes to mind, how was neji able to steal all of this stuff about the main families secret techniques?

your underrating hiashi.
"Adding Neji's jounin status to that, along with giving him time to create his own techniques"
your basically saying that neji can create new techniques for this fight?
not going to happen.
hiashi is obviously top tier jounin while neji is mid tier at most. (most likely low tier)
if you want to put it that way.
neji would get owned.

I didn't mean create techniques during the fight. I meant given the time to create techniques during the timeskip. But then again, Hiashi would have had time to improve also.
Hiashi is the clan leader of the Hyuuga's meaning he's the strongest so Hiashi ftw
