Yondaime because of the great techniques. If Yondaime wasn't there it would definately be Sandaime he was able to handle both Hokages and pulled out Orochimarus Arms before dieing and not in his prime he must be better in his prime.

With the abilities they've shown, i'd give this match to Sandaime or Nidaime. Why you ask? Well Tsunade isn't at all immpressive and is the weakest of the Hokages, so she gets offed early. Yondy wasn't all that immpressive either during the Kakashi Gaiden and since that is our only view on his abilities ( other than the death god jutsu ) he loses. Nidaime, contrary to popular belief, is as strong or stronger than Shodai. His suiton would rip through Shodai's mokuton creations. Shodai would lose to Nidaime or Sandaime depending on whatever may occur, but he'd lose for sure. Then you have two left, although sandaime has been heralded as a god among shinboi, he isn't unbeatable. So that fight could go either way.

we havent seen much of the hokages fight so we will have to go by what people say in the manga. the biggest and best reputations are prety much sandaime and yondaime. since yondaime has been said to be the greatest shinobi ever created by konoha, ill go with him.

The Infinite Darkness Genjutsu belongs to Nidaime. But My vote goes to Yondaime and Godaime since it was said somewhere (can't remember where, unfortunately) that Yondaime surpassed Sandaime.

In the order of people I think would kick the dust -

1. Tsunade - As tough as she is, let's face it - she hasn't had lots of hard battle experience since she left Konoha. She may be bad-ass, but she's rusty.
2. Niidaime - This was hard for me to decide because I admire the old Hokages. This was more instinctual than rationale.
3. Yondaime - As mighty as he was, if Naruto is any kind of template of Minato, then I know he would hold his own, but taking on Monkey Boy and Shodaime might be rough.
4. TOSS-UP - Sandaime / Shodaime - Shodaime stood toe-to-toe with Madara and Sandaime was known as the Professor, believed to be most powerful of all the Hokages. Old school versus older school? That's a hard one. I don't think the Edo Tensei fight's exactly a good gauge because we're talking zombies, not the real deal.

Who I'd want to win? Yondaime, of course! But that's not what the post is asking.
