If you didn't realize the FOURTH was never awakened and was never sealed inside the Shinigami the Third used. The Fourth is probably in Naruto's stomach with Kyuubi waiting for Naruto to realize he's in there so he can be let out.

Sandaime Hokage... Summoning the giant monkey staff and making it grow to stupidly large proportions would hurt quite badly. Not mention mixing fire and earth elemental jutsus and whatever else he would come up with having unlimited chakra.
