What is the episode about? Spoiler : The training whit urahara begin? is it almost finish..Or is it just beginning whit the Chain of ichigo's eating themself?

Damn! The Anime is getting so good! I liked how it ended with the suspense. The next episode is going to kick major ass as we get the Ichigo's Sword. That man is pretty bad ass. Makes you wish Ichigo was more like his sword and not himself.
