The green bars are for the reputation. If you post some good posts, people will mostly rep you and your status will grow. If you hover over the bar, you'll see what your status is.

For instance Kin = Transcendant, which means that she has one of the five highest ranks. ^^ You can read more about it in the FAQ though, I'm sure the explanation is better there than mine.
