I don't use Flash that often yet, nor have I made a website...yet. But, you're better off finding Flash help here (http://www.narutomania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=536) than here at NarutoForums.

You can also try the following sites:

- www.deviantart.com [huge online art community with member-submitted tutorials on about any/every [or just about every] graphics program there is. Plus links to other affiliated sites. For Flash, in particular go here (http://resources.deviantart.com/tutorials/flash/)]

- http://pixel2life.com/ [another, very useful site; tutorials on just about everything]
