I'll keep the rules and regulations simple.


Bold the name of the person you know is the winner and leave a commentary (optional).
If you can't think of a winner, mainly because you don't know enough of the person, you can wait till the owners of the team provide info and feats, and/or their argument, before you supply yours.
This brings us to the team owners. They can cast a vote also, but if they do so, they need to bring firm reason as to why they think so. Unlike normal voters, they are subject to biased voting.
With that said, no bribing the members. If you're caught doing so, your team is automatically out.

i only got to maybe volume 7 or 8 of yu at best, so I can't say or truly comment on who wins. However, the limit is city busting here and unless yusuke has some property specific ability that circumvents the whole logia buisnees... (like some spirit/magic based attack that ignore logianess, something matter destroying, something uber ability broken, or conversely some water attacks) Aokiji wins eventually.

Ishida is too fast, too long range, can move on the air, and is just all around too versatile for gambit. Heck, he could probably take some direct hits of Gambit using his ability also. Anyway, Ishida takes this one easily... I don't recall gambit being so beastly that he could stand against Ishida.

Yep, it was Dante and Vergil fighting in the rain, they fought so fast the rain around them stopped moving and was all clashed down in an instant when Dante and Vergil smashed their swords against eachother.

It would depend, if it's Yusuke at the end, likely him. Though I'd imagine that'd be past the restrictions stated, otherwise, I might lean towards Aokiji, it would depend on how effectively Yusuke can handle being frozen. So it would depend on which version of Yusuke.

Im kinda leaning (very slightly) towards Kuroro. I dont see any significant speed advantage from either of them. Demon Vergil would be much faster, but En and HxH characters ridiculous reaction time would compensate for that. On top of that, Kuroro is among the top when it comes to reaction time and having an almost impenetrable guard. His fight with Zeno and Silva proved that. And Killua described him as someone who is infallible when talking about being completely on guard. So Vergil would have a much tougher time landing fatal blows. He would have to really work for it. Although Beowulf and the Yamato would prove troublesome for Kuroro nonetheless, Lucifer's teleportation technique would really come in handy here and would have a better chance of delivering fatal blows.
