First match I'd give to Vergil because AC Sephiroth wasn't that impressive.

Second fight I'd give to Sephiroth since he has time/space/gravity magic. That and he has break, which is so cheap in a one on one fight its not even funny.

Given that Vergil is given EVERYTHING, I'm going to say Vergil. Unlimited DT + Nelo Angelo = Destruction. Nelo Angelo from DMC1 was pretty impressive, and he's a hard hitter.

That being said, I don't think even Sephiroth from the game would stand much of a chance. Unless his reaction time is instantaneous, he doesn't have a high possibility of victory.

I don't see how Sephiroth can take it without much trouble on his hands. I think Vergil has somewhat a good percent of victory, even against Game Sephiroth.
