I'd give this to Akatsuki.
Ninja = lure opponents into trap
Incredibles = fail for traps.all.the.time.
What in the hell would they do against mr incredible?he would overpower even kisame in a flash, You don't kill someone by overpowering them.....
He's not so durable that no attacks would hurt him....
Jack-Jack alone, he has issues to work out..XD

Hes durable and strong enough take to most every attack akatsuki has without dying, and more then enough strength to beat them into the ground.

Amaterasu would do him in. Remember lava, Omnibot, and Mr. Incredible bit.

Yeah, I think akatsuki would win. I mean, genjutsu? Immortality? Poison? Mr. Incredible could be done it by sufficient powerful attacks.
And who is Jack-Jack? The baby? Ummmm... baby mentality. Konohamaru might stand a chance against him.

Genjutsu requires chakra two-way.
Jack-Jack is a baby. . . with powers of his own, more than the Incredibles combined. He's the quasi Franklin Richards equivalent of the Incredbles. Konohamaru wouldn't win.

Just because they don't know how to use it doesn't mean they don't have it. Possibly that's what fuels their powers, though they just don't realize it.

Still, baby mentality. Not a lot of help, I'd say.

The Akatsuki would win because their outfits are way better. But then again, The Incredibles are 3D....

Are you suggesting that chakra exists in the Incredibles universe?

And because Jack-Jack's a baby, he can't use his powers? He can use his powers.

I'm suggesting that chakra exists in all universes, at least to some degree. Where are you getting the notion that genjutsu only works on things with chakra?
And because Jack-Jack's a baby, he can't use his powers? He can use his powers.
Sure he can, but will he know to use them? He's a baby, he can't make intelligent decisions on that sort of thing. He wouldn't be able to see beneath the underneath... or whatever that crap Kakashi was talking about in chapter whatever it was.

And thus, would one assume that the Force, ki, metagene, Phoenix Force, and the like exists in every other realm of fiction?

The victim's chakra needs to be manipulated, which affects the 5 senses. Which is why to counter genjutsu, the victim either has to disrupt his/her own chakra flow himself/herself or by an outside force.

He used his powers against Syndrome, and was manifesting powers out of the wazoo the entire night with the babysitter.
Jack Jack still wins with sheer cuteness. ><
(Anybody knows ware I can download the short -- Jack Jack Attacks)
Edit - Oh and to add to the thread. We all know that the Naruto verse falls pray for random acts. (Plot No Jutsu biatchx_x).
There is no other being other then a babies imagination (runner up or drug induced hippies), could come up with random acts. Especially Jack Jack, and his shear ability to manifest powers out of the blue. [/go Jack Jack]

Way to go, smartass, you know what I mean. If the two universes interact, yeah, there are going to be some common trends, like chakra, to both universes. We are talking about works of fiction in both cases. Way to overly complicate yet another Battledome thread.

Cute Disney villains aren't nearly as much of a threat as elite ninjas with no morals. And the babysitter didn't exactly die. I'd say that Jack Jack is easily manipulated. You're putting all the hopes for the Incredibles on the abilities of a newborn? How is that sane?
I found it (you can tham me later)

Yet, can you prove that chakra exists in the Incredibles universe?
OB battles usually take place in a neutral universe.

A newborn with access to a whole multitude of powers. I wouldn't count Jack-Jack out of the fight yet. However, I do not count him as the sole deciding tables. I believe Akatsuki would win, but not as easy though.

The way things work in the battledome is that moves that are reliant on their own fictional universe (such as genjutsu) are assumed to work across the board. Its similar to how if you put a bleach character in a fight you can't make he argument that they can't be touched because they're spirits, it must be assumed they can be touched.
Thats what we refer to as a neutral universe, all things are assumed even and working.
Itachi's genjutsu alone would be enough to win this. Not to mention Sasori's poison, all he has to do is scratch each of the incredibles and they're paralyzed and dying.

I'll have to give this to Akatsuki, due to what Tsukiyomi said above.

Akatsuki would trash them. Kisame would just flood the entire area. The incredibles are seperated then Akatsuki walk on water Sasori sends puppets to handle them, Itachi does exploding shadowclones or kakuzu can just use his electric attacks send it through the water and electricute all the Incredibles. Dash and his sister may be the only one to survive since he can run on water, but Kakuzu can just use his wind techniques to get dash in teh air and then Hidan finishes him off with his scythe. Itachi does genjutsu on the girl and mind rapes her. She's got nothing on itachi.
They all die so easily..
Is Jack-Jack included?
Forgot about him...No Jack-Jack, he's overkill. Sorry i wasn't back earlier to answer this, i was sleeping (Hawaii time).

Even if Jack-Jack were included he would still be subject to genjutsu, and in a single moment of vulnerability Sasori could scratch him and it would be over.
It'd be a different story if i added Fro-Zone.

With regards to Frozone's powers, it's proportional to the moisture in both his body and in the environment around him. Note, however, he's no Omega-Level Iceman.

The thing to remember is that Kakuzu is capable of covering the entire field is massive fire attacks, that works against Frozone. Once the moisture in the air has evaporated he no longer has his powers.

Akatsuki would crush the incredibles.
Mr Incredible would fall to either a genjutsu, exploding clay, or poison.
Dash would fall for a trap like bunshin or exploding KB.
I can't bebothered to go through the rest they would just loose out.
Suprised Violet isn't mentioned as a factor in this fight.
