Team Naruto has Shikamaru as the leader but Naruto and Kiba are kinda hestistant to Shika's leadership.

Narutoverse wins, the terminators needs more powerups for this to be a competition. You could also put a limit on Naruto - eg. only Konoha 11 or simular.

I'm fairly sure Jiraiya's Swamp Jutsu can handle T-1000. T-X is a lot easier to destroy than T-1000.

Against the Narutoverse? Thats not even a contest. Now if it was against skynets entire army then that would be a contest, but numerous ninjas in the world are capable of moves that change the landscape. These could crush the t-800.

Hell, Chouji's clan alone could become big enough to crush him.
