Basically, Darkwing turned the entire City of St. Cannard into a prison in less then ten years time. All the supervillians were smashed, leaving curfew breakers to be on the recieveing ends of 120 mm smoothbore cannons.

Still, being the Disney parody of a WB mainstay has to be worth something.
