How far can he get?

Either X-men or Avengers could do it, assuming they're not busy fighting each other in the Civil War mumbo-jumbo.

If for some reason they're not enough, Sentry alone could buy enough time for Reed to build a giant-lizard-deradioactifying-ray.

Godzilla's atomic breath has burned holes through reflective synthetic diamond, and at full blast, is as destructive as a Nuclear Bomb. He even took out a planetoid the size of a moon with his ray.

Godzilla's regeneration is comparable to Wolverine, which is why he hardly ever suffers lasting damage. In a weakened state, he was even nearly sliced in half once by another monster and still continued to fight.

Godzilla's hide is nearly impentratable, and is immune to nearly everything, including drill-missiles capable of boring through walls of several-feet-thick solid walls with ease. He even survived a BLACK HOLE at point blank.

Godzilla was once attacked by the world's most powerful psychic, and he knocked her out in seconds with his mind power.

Godzilla has a nuclear pulse attack, which is a shockwave-nova more powerful than a H-Bomb that he releases from his body when opponents swarm him, or when he gets into a tricky situation.

Godzilla doesn't actually need to breath, which is why he goes into space, or sleeps in a volcano.

When angry or excited, Godzilla can at will, heat his body to a searing red hotness of up to 2000 deg

In terms of strength, Godzilla can split the earth under him apart with his legs, and he has hurled a similar-sized giant spider monster into the horizon with apparent ease. The upper limits of his strength are not known, as no true form of measurement can be made

Last but not least, before arguing that a superhero could go into Godzilla's mouth and kill him from the inside. A super powerful submarine once entered his stomach through his opened mouth, then proceeded fire high-power anti-monster missiles, blasting gaping holes throughout his body, of which the submarine then escaped through the holes. Godzilla survived.

Still dont see what hes going to do against sentry,the guy could take any attack godzilla has preety much,and sentry could just throw zilla in the sun.....has anyone ever tried that?

Depends...Godzilla has never been shown to have been hurt by heat...or at least nothing on Earth has shown itself of being hot enough to hurt Godzilla, him living in the core of Volcanos and all...but...maybe the sun could do it. What's the surface temperature of the sun?

At the outer edge around 6000° C. Increasing as you move in to the core to around 15000000° C.

I once read some people speculating that if Godzilla was thrown into the sun he would absorb the energy and become Cosmic Godzilla.

Fantastic Four: Might be able to hold him off for a while if Reed doesn't have prep.
X-Men: Depends on which lineup
Avengers: Same as above
