Who would kick who's ass? What techniques would be used? What would be great vs. match up like Naruto .vs Aang

First off.. I watched all of Avatar and have read all the Naruto manga...

Naruto vs Aang = Naruto

Naruto simply has better speed feats than Aang as well as strat feats. His techniques are also much more lethal. On top of that, Naruto can easily get into Kyuubi state whereas Aang has a lot of story conditions to change into Avatar state. Heres a likely scenario I see:

Naruto hides and sends multiple clones after Aang. If Aang tries to engage them in melee, he will lose then and there. Naruto IMO is the better melee fighter out of the two. With multiple clones attacking him, Naruto clones will put a beat down on Aang. Now.. assuming Aang blows them away or uses other air bending techs, Naruto now has information on Aang and will have experience fighting him from the clones. From here he can formulate a strategy to connect a Rasengan, etc..

Katara vs Sakura = Sakura

Unless you favor Katara and give her an ocean to work with, all Katara has is the water in the pouch. Sakura should be able to connect one hit over Katara which will send Katara to her next b-day.

Sasuke vs Zuko

Sasuke is WAAAY to fast for Zuko. He's better in h2h and has sharingan which will predict all of Zuko's slower movements. He's also shown better strategy than Zuko or just intelligence in general.

Given his stupidity? Pre-time skip Naruto outsmarted Kiba, Neji, Kabuto, and Gaara. Not only did he learn Rasengan in WAY less time than the fourth, he changed it into a jutsu of his own. He even invented his own form of the jutsu twice. Current Naruto hasn't done anything "stupid" in a battle situation.

Sorry, Naruto is not that stupid. Once Aang blows the first set away, Naruto will have knowledge of Aang's abilities. Furthermore, Naruto has shown much greater stamina than Aang. If anyone gets tired it would be Aang. BTW since when has Aang fought the way you described him? If he could just sit there and blow everything away like you claim he does in-character, he wouldn't have got beaten by Zuko and Azula. He would have just "blown them away" over and over again. Aang always engages in melee combat.

Also keep in mind that even though I think Naruto can beat Aang without Kyuubi.. Kyuubi 1 will make Naruto waaaay too fast for Aang.

Sakura can collapse the ground Katara walks on. Freezing Sakura's arms just means she'll break out of it a second later, assuming Katara actually connects.. which most likely won't due to kawarimi and her speed. Sakura is smarter and deadlier than Katara. Period.

Aang wins this quite easily. I mean we're not talking about gentle breezes here, we're talking hurricane force winds and stronger. He's also pretty much mastered earth and water bending so not only is Naruto facing strong as winds, he's most every other element too. Avatar state Aand is basically a walking/floating natural disaster, he can cause earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamies, hurricanes, the works. Basically this is Naruto vs a mini-Storm(X-Men).

Hell, Aang can bend away most any element thrown at him. Now that I'm thinking about it he does know a little bit of fire bending too, though he does refuse to use it.

I still maintain that Naruto is faster than Aang in reaction time (not in running speed, which Aang accomplishes through lowering air resistance), but Airbenders' focus on dodging and deflecting attacks means that Naruto is gonna have a very hard time just rushing ahead with a Rasengan and trying to blow Aang away. Naruto's only real chance is if one of his clones sneaks up and grabs Aang by the staff, arm, or possibly leg. Since bending is reliant on certain body stances, this would disrupt Aang's bending and give Naruto the chance to get in there and take him down. Still, I give this to Aang 6.5 times out of 10.

As for KN4 vs. The Avatar State, it's hard to judge since we've never seen either form be injured, so we can't be sure how difficult it is to hurt them when transformed. However, while the Avatar State gives great bending abilities, the impression I've gotten is that Aang's physical body isn't changed much if at all, so Naruto could presumably injure and kill Aang if Aang focused too much of the nearby elements on attacking and didn't leave enough for defense, whereas KN4 is constantly surrounded by a shield of chakra that (judging by how it held up under Kusanagi) is as hard as diamond. So I'd say that KN4 beats Avatar State 5.5 times out of 10.

Wow your so wrong, ok first off it doesnt matter if Aang creates a tornado, unless its like the tornado Pikkon does in DBZ its going to shit. Naruto heals super fast, Aang would probably only blow away clones anyways and Naruto could grab him from under ground and beat him down. Also unless Aang is as smart as Kabuto about the human body, Aang will have to kill Naruto atleast 9 times and each time he will probably grow a tail, and considering that all Naruto needs is alittle Fox Chakra to speed blitz him, Aang is screwed no matter what way you look at it. Rasengan is not needed, Naruto is above him in the strength factor and probably needs only 1 or 2 hits to KO him.

Once it hits him he cant do shit, I also doubt he can totaly control the wind because Naruto uses Chakra in the Jutsu to. But just a normal Rasengan would finish Aang, Futon is overkill.

Naruto isn't stupid enough to get blown by winds over and over again. And I say again, please post a vid of Aang creating a tornado in battle or having the earth swallow people. Avatards have a tendency to give Aang abilities he doesn't have or hasn't shown. If Aang could create giant Tornadoes' that instant pwn, or earthquakes that swallow you, than he would have had no trouble against Azula and Zuko. Afterall, all he'd have to do is make a torando to suck them up and blow them away. Furthermore, in character, Aang always goes in melee. Every battle he's been in he goes in melee.

Basically thats how it is, he can continuously bend until he gets tired, so he can keep using large scale moves and not get tired unlike Naruto. So Narutos limited by his chakra amount while Aangs only limit is his own stamina.

Naruto would kill Aang, neither of their stories are over and they will obviously get stronger, but as far as they've gotten, Naruto would win. Naruto moves way too fast for Aang's evasive skills to be any help. Adding on to that, just a bit of Kyubi chakra increases Naruto's speed and strength a great deal. Naruto's abilities to use jutsu such as Kagebunshin and Tajyuu Kagebunshin would only serve to further disadvantage Aang.

Aang simply would not be able to deal with multiple copies of Naruto speedblitzing him, I mean he had it hard enough dealing with Zuko and Azula, people of normal human speed and stood absolutely no chance against them when the Dai Li arrived. Naruto can create many times more clones than there were enemies in his last fight. Aang just wouldn't be able to deal with all of them. Also, if Naruto ever decided to use Futon Rasenshuriken, Aang is as good as dead. He has no way of defending that whatsoever.

The problem with Aang is that when he goes into the Avatar State, he floats for a while. Very vulnerable during that time unlike Naruto who can transform in the heat of battle. Also, if Aang did choose to go into the Avatar State, what would stop Naruto from using a Rasengan and killing him?

If someone such Azula had not only the time to sneak behind Aang, but also the time to prepare a lightning attack, imagine the carnage that Naruto (someone capable of moving at superhuman speeds) would achieve. He'd tear him to shreds while he tried to transform. At this point, the trying to go into the Avatar State would only serve as an inconvienence.



Oh, and about the tornado thing, it is said only a fully realized Avatar can create one tapping into the Avatar State. Aang is not a fully realized Avatar, nor is he able to successfully tap into the state at this point.

Second off I didn’t see Water effecting Naruto at all at the Valley of the End so that water point is moot. What I meant was that bending itself doesn't really seem to drain anything, only the movements you make to use it which drains as much as it would if he were not bending. I dont think I ever said going avatar state gives him stamina, its just that like I said, bending itself doesn't seem to use any stamina.

If Naruto is so fast in the Kyuubi froms then how come he didn't just speed blitz orochimaru, kabuto, and deidra? because as naruto's power increase he sacrifices his speed for power. Its common knowledge in any fighting show that when power is increased recklessly they sacrifice their spped for power. 3 tomoe kakshi doesn't mean he had to see the lightning then do chidori to cut it. although its never said the kyuubi's chakra element is fire its a given. lets see its red, when it touches the water it creates steam. the water in the valley of the end has no power behind unlike gaara's sand and bending water, bending fire, etc...naruto has gotten his butt handed to him by sasuke. When Aang and Katara were getting their butts kicks in the season finale. Aang and Katara couldn't handle the duo, so Katara went to defend Aang while he attempted to get into Avatar state. Sadly for him, it:

a. took way too damn long
b. could have or could have not worked

1. His primary attack is a wind slash that knocks an opponent down. Check 220 to see how Zuko shrugs off any wind attacks Aang lands on him. Of course you'll just respond either Zuko is as durable as the Juggernaut or Aang doesn't want to hurt anyone (even though he attempted to go into Avatar state).

2. Aang always engages in melee combat.

now you are making up stuff. Aang engages in melee combat if the enemy comes closer to them fisrt. Aang fighting stragedy mostly begins by launching 1 -4 wind attacks from a distance then engages up close. in the AMV it clearly shows AAng in AS blowing Sokka away with a tornado that he had begun creating and When he was about to blow away the sand benders in the fury of the avatar special.

Aang fighting stragedy mostly begins by launching 1 -4 wind attacks from a distance then engages up close. in the AMV it clearly shows AAng in AS blowing Sokka away with a tornado that he had begun creating and When he was about to blow away the sand benders in the fury of the avatar special.

He did succeed into going into the avatar state because when he broke out of the stone sphere he was his eyes and boding were glowing proving he was in AS.

When he does get into Avatr state their was only taht one momentt of vulnerabilitwere Azula sneaked behind him when he was in the stone. Katara wasn't even around defending him when he went inot the avatar state she was on the other side of the cave handling her own wave of fire benders. She rushed over there to save him after he fell from the sky after being struck in the back. She wasn't around to help until after he was struck that is whe she rushed over there using the water from the underground river to create a giant wave washing away all the fire benders, catchiing Aang, and flying away with Apah.

Ok and Kakashi Gaiden is the first apperence of Chidori, he didnt cut lightning in Kakashi Gaiden and the 4th told him to never use that Jutsu agian because it left him to open to a counter attack, but when Kakashi gets the Sharingan it allows him to by pass this weakness thus why he never uses it without the Sharingan, its also clearly stated when Sasuke first uses it. My point is Kakashi cant have used it as a lightning rod if he did he would be dead he would have had to jab right threw it, theirs a difference between being hit by somthing and hitting somthing. Really well then how come Narutos element was never fire? It was speculated for a long time, he has the Kybuui whom you claim is a fire element so why would Naruto be wind? Plenty of people have listed multiple reasons, including myself. You are just being ignorant of all of them and only hear yourself barking about how Aang will do things he has not (mastery of avatar state? LOL).

It has been shown a couple of times that when Aang focuses his blows or goes at it seriously, that he can split large rocks in half, redirect them, destroy them outright, and push back waves of lava. (this is before his earth bending also.) Moreover, with his staff these things are done with lesser difficutly, and Aang can do more. For instances, with his staff Aang has created small mini winds that resemble the shape of a tornado. + Aang was able to blow a full grown man across a room with his mouth, when he just toke a deep breath and exhaled...

-Aang can also create a shield of wind around himself, pretty much just like that, without avatar state, off which are strong enough to fight of tornado winds for a bit. +Aang has shown he can take some pretty good strength hits, and I don't think one Naruto direct hit edit: that is one hit by itself and not with a follow-up of several more, without Kyuubi chakra would put aang down permanently...maybe cause he cushions the blow with wind or something.

As for Aang being slower then Naruto, yes Aang does nto have comparable burst speed, or fighting speed, and I think this holds absolutly true even with base Naruto. However, I'd say Aang has comparable jutsu/bending speed to Naruto, as long as Naruto doesn't use the jutsu speed he used that is delignated as his fastest. I.E, the speed of Naruto's Kage Bunshin against kakashi, as oppossed to what he usually shows. In terms of reaction speed, I'd say that against Base Naruto that Aang is still grossly inferior, but that the inferiority would not matter if they have close jutsu/bending speed. Aang is still more agile then Naruto though...

Anyway, Aang Vs Base Naruto I think would have been a good discussion a two chapter ago. I don't really think Aang would beat him, but I think they would have a close fight, and that it's possible for Aang to win. primarily because if we assume Aang's not holding back he also has fire bending and earth bending is prety beastly. (water bending wouldn't be useful unless there was a large water source nearby.) now however, and it was confirmed by kakashi, Naruto has shown us that he actually toke some practical knowledge into his battle and can now use his Kage bunshins with maximum efficencies. So I don't think Aang has any chance of beating even base naruto anymore.

As For Avatar Verse Vs Naruto verse, I think Orochimaru Alone is enough to beat everyone.

I have rewatched episodes 130-133 when naruto fought sasuke and it does seem that when Naruto is in Kyuubi form he is more powerful than aang in Avayar state since it seems that no element attacks affect the beast.
