photoshop help!

im a noob at photoshop and i was wondering how do u add a image to a sig? plz help

Well... First you crop the image, make it the same height as your sig or whatever, select all (ctrl A) and then copy (ctrl c) Then go to your sig and paste it (ctrl v). Thats how I do it, anyway.
