Watching naruto/other anime on your ps3?

Hmmm is it even possible? Hhehehe I think it ought to be, can anyone tell me how this could be done? Installing the codecs and stuff?

so far I tried putting a PSP encoded video on a PS3. It works. But the resolution is BAD. I'm surprised how well it looks on the PSP. I guess we need to find a decent encoder. I am not sure what files the PS3 read to begin with
