Hola,
Ok so I'm pretty good with Flash, Premiere, and Photoshop. But how do you make animated signature buttons that are small in size?

When I bring in a 2 second Naruto clip, it always ends up being like 200 frames for a few seconds. This makes it play too slow and it makes the files way too big.
How do you guys do it? What programs?

Here's what I have:
PS
Flash
Ulead Gif Animator (don't really know how to use it)
Premiere

OK. So... what programs do people generally use to make sigs with clips in them? Everytime I do it a) the frames are really slow, and b) the file is HUGE.
What programs should I use? I listed the ones I have above.

Oh and I also have VirtualDub.

Well, boyfriend has done it a bit, he uses virtualdub for it. GIMP can also do it, I'm pretty sure Photoshop can too, but don't own it. As for it going too fast, you need to set the playback rate while creating it. You don't want it at the full 24 fps because it'll go to ofast, you want to slow it down a bit.
