And this was only my first time trying to make a banner. IMO i think everyone could have pulled this off. Just screenshot from VLC player and add some letters to it....:notrust

Were very peaceful indeed, just a few bank robbery tries from time to time and we hardly have any murder cases, maybe 1 a year, and its often people who are'nt from here who commit it. we only had 1 last year, and thats when there was a dead body of sum french guy found in a river.

We DO have a lot of car accidents so, our roads arent that stable, well, it was the british who laid our roads:P

If the author had a reason for her to, she would go out. :) But at the same time, Tsunade has had no lack of screentime or significance in the story.
It all really comes down to what Kishimoto has in mind for the rest of the story. It's not really a good idea to develop characters and then hide them away, so he can create reasons to bring them out. I'm sure he is very aware of how popular the sand ninja are with fans.
