1. Movie Shredder vs. "human" Jason Voorheas from Friday the 13th Part 2-4.

2. Super Shredder from Secret of the Ooze vs. Zombie Jason Voorheas.

There is no human Jason. It clearly showed him drowning in the first movie (and during FvJ). Not to mention that in part 3 he not only is hanged (is it hanged or hung, I never really knew which was correct) but gets an axe to the head, something no human would be able to take. Just because he supposedly "dies" in the fourth movie doesn't really mean anything. From part 3 on he "dies" in every movie (excluding number 5 since that wasn't Jason). He always comes back one way or another.

Anyways, I just went off topic. On topic:

1. If we treat it like the first movie never happened, then I would have to say Shredder - Shredder would probably be able to block Jason's attacks, and would know where to strike him to put him down quickly.

2. Jason - Sure S Shredder has the strength advantage, but Jason is no slouch in the strength department either. He also has the speed and agility advantage over S Shredder. Not to mention he is more durable. As long as he can get some good blows in with his machete, he should be able to take this.

Debatable. No one knows the full story. We got his psychotic mother telling us he drowned yet he just happened to walk out of the lake as a zombie killer to see her get beheaded? Some have suggested she was either lying or thought he was dead when he really was living in the woods. We saw him clearly as a deformed kid grabbing that girl in the end of the first one but no one knows for certain if that was a dream or not.

It's an open-ended topic.

Jason is not known for his battle prowess. He is not gonna hook-and-weave when Shredder goes to hit him. He's the brick type of character. And it will take very few punches from Super Shredder to flatten him or to at least knock him down. At which point Shredder can easily crush his head or chest. He takes damage like any other person but can withstand it. He will feel the hurt if Shredder steps on and crushes his chest.

Shredder takes both, he's faster than Jason who has all the speed of a crippled turtle....

Wow both aren't human so it's hard to decide. Ah I don't know maybe Jason 'cause he took the axe to the head and got hung and lived. He's also pretty stron. I can't say much about Shredder since I really don't watch Teenage Mutant ninja turtles.
