This one says it has chinese subtitles.. but I I'm not sure if they're implemented or in a external file. If they are, I think it should be possible to find subs for each episode of the series and load them using these files. I have no idea though.

Depends. ZZ Gundam can still happen with the new ending if they tweaked it. The main problem is that Kamille doesn't get mindfucked in the new ending. Which means AEUG still has their ace, Judau would have never been able to steal the Zeta, Bright wouldn't have invited Judau and co to AEUG, etc.

Not to mention all the shots of Kamille in a comatose state. Though, just one small extra scene where he leaves to live on Earth or something and leaves the torch to Judau would have made it canon again... but Sunrise are too lazy to make ZZ: a New Translation.
