That's certainly a matter of opinion. All the Chuck Norris crap aside, he's still one hell of a fighter with tons of experience, not to mention the weight advantage against Lee. Lee, while awesome, I don't think can live up to Norris's ability.

As for the answer to the question, I'd take Shihan, Sensei Steve, and my friend Josh, all people I know personally. The gangsters are screwed.
