Lee, probably. As of right now, Sasuke can reach base Lee speed, and that's all. Lee can decimate him with his speed, but Sasuke could put up one hell of a fight as long as he stays away from using taijutsu.

But if "able to use Taijutsu' is supposed to mean his limbs are fixed than no Sasuke would still win. No matter the childish reasons you may dislike Sasuke he is still strong. He can match Lee's tai and using his Sharingan predict Lee's moves. This would make him seem faster. If nothing else it lets Sasuke keep away from Lee's effective area a nuke him with Ninjutsu.

Lee's only chance is to use the gates and hit him fast enough that Sasuke is kO'd. Failing that Lee is wounded and Sasuke beats him down. However there's very little chance he would use the gates.

Assuming Lee is healthy:

Sasuke would probably not stand a chance against 3 gates, let alone 5.

The only reason why Gaara was able to survive the aerial assault was because of the Sand Armor. Without that, Lee wouldn't even have needed to try the Reverse Lotus.

Ninjutsu-wise, I believe we've only seen him use fire element justsus (which can probably be easily evaded by Lee at his base speed) and the Chidori. Genjutsu-wise, I don't think we've seen him use anything significant.

If Sasuke tries the Chidori, Lee would have time to open a few gates. Otherwise, Sasuke has to depend on taijutsu and we should all know how that would end. Sasuke can't keep up with Lee's base speed for long ultimately, too.

Didn't Sasuke read Lee's movement before and still lose? All Sasuke has is Lee's speed and Lotus-ish combo, his Fire Jutsu, and Chidori: Chidori seems to take time to charge and Lee's not gonna just stand around; he has to do hand signals for his fire so Lee can see him do that and avoid it; now Lee doesn't have to go in with gun's blazing and kick off to a five gate start, if he get's in trouble he can open 2 like with Gaara and most likely defeat Sasuke then and if he gets in trouble then he'll still have five gates but it'll be a strain to even start it


Also didn't Lee say something like "the Sharingun can't read Taijutsu moves very well" or something to that effect? If that's the case then Sasuke will get smashed

As of right now, Sasuke only knows how to perform the Chidori. Also, Lee doesn't have to ask for Gai's permission to use anything. Gai only put the restriction that Lee can only take off the weights to protect someone special to him and Lee can only use the Gates to protect his nindo. The decisions to do either are purely at Lee's descretion.

Sasuke has nothing like either of those. Sasuke would be totally vulnerable to Lee's air combo and he'd feel the brunt of Lee's kicks and punches since he has no Sand Armor to protect himself and he's not fast enough to block or dodge. I said he'd probably only need 3 Gates at most.

Sasuke would win. He was able to almost equal Lee's speed in a month alone. Even though Lee can activate the Gates, we already saw the pressure that doing so puts on his body. After being brutally injured by Gaara, I doubt that he would go so far as to unlock the gates despite being recently healed.

Depends on other circumstances but if it's just after sasuke has had training then if I remember correctly lee is still weak from the fight from gaara so I doubt he'd have much of a chance.
