keeps on asking, why do almost Chinese people
loves the NejiHina pairing?

Can't speak for all, and you can't really count me as Chinese as I only spent the first part of my life in the east and anything up till now in the west. I can read and speak, but writing is beyond me.:laugh So I have no idea why real Asian dig the pair. So this is just my opinion/theory/observation.


I guess it's just culture. The first difference would be religion. The majority of Asian are not Christians (Yes they're plenty, but they act like Neji/Hina fans, AKA keep to themselves and not as vocal about it.:kukuku )and governments don't use said religion followers as the driving force for their agenda (Buddasim being the main religion in most Asian countries, and Shinto in Japan I guess).


Second would be last names. There's not a lot of varieties. Unlike western countries where you could get thousands of different last names, I wouldn't be surprise if there's less than 100 type of last names (Majority Koreans have the last name Kim. And Cheng/Wong/Lee being the majority in China, etc). In other words, marrying someone with the same last name is pretty darn common.


Asians are well knowledged about their past consider many ancient books, proverbs and traditions were past down from generations to generations. Hell they're mandatory school subjects. Paying respect to one's ancestors is another popular form of workshipping in Asian countries. People are well aware that back in the days cousin marriages happened and accepted it and someone with the same last name most likely has the same anscestors as themselves way back.


And while close blood relationship is frowned upon nowadays. You won't see anything hit the headlines unless it like brother/sister, mom/son, father/daughter thing going on.


Lastly, there's clan issue. Which leads to why the variety of last name was smaller. Back in the past, the purpose of strengthening one's clan is to takeout another clan for food, resources and whatnot. This is not small mofia war we're talking here, we're talking about war consists of small country size clans attacking one another with soldiers and everything. Things like Main (leader) and Branch (subordinates) family also happens around this time I believe. A Main family would marry their children to the Branch and vise versa as marriage within the same clan insures loyalties of subordinates and keep clan secrets(things like military strategy, defenses, battle plan and yes special clan fighting style if they had one) from outsiders.


Hyuuga is a traditional clan. If Naruto's world is in a Majin era-like setting instead of modernized, I'd say that Neji/Hinata or Hanbi is all but garenteed in majority of Asians' eyes. It'll strengthen the loyalties of the Branch to Main house, and since the Main family has no male successor (Very important) another close relative's son would be needed to insure the Main has the purest blood (just like nobles in western culture I believe). Neji being a genius of the clan is also the icing on the cake, a good specimen leads to good offsprings. Just like horse raising:trytocry, and that's why Neji/Hanabi is [EDIT]also[/EDIT, shouldn't use the word more as Hinata is still the first born:sweatdrop .] likely as she proves to be better than her sister.The age differences is the only obstacle and it's not a major one . (When Hanabi is 18, Neji would be what? 24. No problem there.)


Yes it sounds sad, but that's why myself likes Neji/Hinata/Hanabi. If this political marriage is to happen. I want both side to enter it willingly and happy about it.


On a completely different note, I'd like to comment that I don't get the fanatic Christian Naruto fans. They said Neji/Hina is incest and wrong and in the name of God all who thought about that should be burn in hell, but their beloved Holy Bible has plenty of incest going on. Geez do they even think about the fact that Adam and Eve's kids marry each other to create the human species?

Oh And I also realize Hinata in Neji's cloth seems to be a popular theme for a lot of fan artists...

Dogmeat, that's a very interesting analysis! :thumbs Until some time ago, in China, people with the same last name were not supposed to marry (not that I know if it succeeded or not, giving the comically high number of people with the same last names). With the increasing westernization though, the law has been replaced. I'm not 100% sure of the current situation though. But as Sintari has once pointed out about marriages: it used to be more of an economic affair than something about love. "Relatives" weren't so much determined by blood, but by household. A girl marries into another family? That girl becomes part of that family, and no longer figures in her family of origin at all. Things like that. Marriage was Historically not about love...

For the dub, I like it. And I can understand why they don't sound a 'wonderful' as the japanese voice actors do. They are american actors who are doing their best under the director's directions on how they want their dub to sound, not the voice actors. I just see it as them doing the best that they and the director's want them to be.

Cause I don't follow anything that leads to sex or try anything of that nature (my own choice. not just cause I can't get any play). It's ok for you since you're 12 and you're just curious (it's bound to happen). Since I am a girl and just don't think or care about sex at all, this is why I just find it stupid and pitiful. That's not all of it.

First, it's going to be different reasons for different guys so what I'm saying can be extrapolated exactly as far as my own feelings on the matter. :P

The biggest reason that I find a girl wearing her boyfriend's clothes hot/romantic/etc. is the implied intimacy.

It implies that she spent the night at his place (which doesn't always mean sex) so she's wearing his clothes the next day, rather than rewearing her own. But there's enough trust in the relationship (or bedroom door locks) that she was ok changing at his place. Staying over is the big thing IMO.

It also suggests that she's comfortable being around him because usually the clothes aren't going to fit as well. So it means she's ok with not looking her best around him. Or she knows that she looks totally hot like that and is trying to look hot around him. Both are good reasons. :amuse

There's also the more physical reason in that the clothes don't fit as well so there's a better chance of seeing more leg/tummy/etc. than usual.

It explains the name pretty well. But the short version is ... this isn't just the NejiHina club. Some of the members support other pairings, such as Hizashi/Hiashi or Hinata/Hanabi, both of which are incest.


2) I don't think that Kishimoto has actually stated that Hizashi and Hiashi are identical rather than fraternal twins. Fraternal twins can also look completely identical and identical twins sometimes don't. IMO, it's more likely that they are identical rather than just being fraternal, but it's just opinion.
