Battleground is Basing Se with the Dai Li attacking both groups after every 1 and a half minutes since the last assault, and they cant attack back.
Naruto's Angels are post-time skip
Ozai's Angels have those Lizard things that they rode on, in most of ATLA

Depends, if this is pre time skip then the Naruto girls lose horribly. Not sure about post time skip seeing as how only Sakuras been shown to do anything of the 3.
