I don't think it is art either. I think this is how psychopath started. They begin with something very subtle. Nobody would notice that they are unstable and going down the path of psycho or something else like that. Even they themselves don't know that. But when people started to notice, it is too late for many of the victim and they have reach the point of no return.

And why do you cook meatballs or whatever with a human fat anyway? Don't we already have vegetable and other oils to cook it? It is just sick and he might be a psychopath but he doesn't know it yet. Since humans are part of the Great Ape family, i assume our meat tastes like that of a chimpanzee, gorilla or orangutan. I havn't eaten either, but for some reason i assume them to be bad-tasting due to their lack of personal hygene. But on the other hand, pigs are much filthier, and they taste fine.

I read on the internet before that you can buy "Hufu", which is tufu with (supposedly) human flavor. Yummy...
