Hammy (Over the Hedge) vs. Fry (Futurama)

Fry has just drank 300 cups of coffee (see the episode 'Three Hundred Big Boys,' or something like that, of Futurama), while at the same time, Hammy drank a soda (see near the end of 'Over the Hedge'). Who is faster? It's in the format of a race until the effects wear off.

Is that until both effects wear off? Or just until one of them do?

Regardless, Fry wasn't all that fast when shown in real-time (if I had to guess, somewhere between mach 1-3).

If what I've heard about Hammy is correct, he would completely crush Fry in a speed race.
