No weapons
No uniforms, regular street cloth
Maximum number of players per side is 1000
All players past and present are included, pick your best 1000 :wink
Fight takes place in some ancient forgotten battlefield that has been flattened by the sands of time, covered in nothing but sadness, sorrow and regret :cry
Linemen ftw.
You can pick the toughest NBA/NHL/MLB players in history.
They'd still get whooped by the lower end NFL players.
Football players are straight up warriors. They work out way more then the other sports. There bodies are built to take damage and hits by 300+ lb men.
NFL easily.

Do any of them have prep? If so.....
The baseball players of this generation hand out steroids to everyone pre-80s era.

Just send all the Hall of Fame defensive players in their prime against the 1000 NBA/MLB/NHL players and they will win.
Shaq can take around half of them, and Kobe maybe 1/3, however, they eventually lose

Carmelo Anthony cheapshots > NFL

well its not just about physical strength, its also about speed and accuracy and stamina..but oh wait, this is the real world so speed doesnt decide a fight as much and NFL players have more stamina than MLB and NHL and just a lil less than NBA....while physical strength dominates
unless NBA/NHL/MLB has a lot of uknown muy thai guys, i dont see them winning

Yes I got agree with a few posters here
Some of you guys are not giving Shaq prime enough credit. He was an incredible athlete that combined size and quickness like none in history ever has or likely ever will for a long time.
NBA has plenty of BIG athletic guys that can make it tough for the shorter NFL players. It's definitely not a massacre in favorite of the NFL like some of you predicted.
Oh and let's not forget, and thankfully a previous poster brought it up. Carmelo Anthony "sniping" people off with his cheapshots then retreating to the midst of his teammates will be another huge boost for the alliance team.

Well seriously,
Nhl and Mlb I see taking down alot of the football guys with dirty tactics. I mean in the Nhl they always go for the shirt over the head beat down tactic. Whereas in Baseball there is little honour and the jump him mentally seems to readily apply in any circumstance. Lol, that is not to say the football players would not share such a mentally, but given that they are naturally moe bulky, I'd presume their psyche are more geared to self-confidence in a fight. Yet, in truth, it is that same confidence which could have them losing this. In addition, football players often suffer from some of the worse and most severe injuries. I mean, were taking worse then boxers! Seriously, if this is just your average composition of Nfl'ers, oof which a fair portion would be suffering from some injuries, their chances shoot right down. Laslty, there are also weak links amongst the Nflerr's in the Wide receivers, TB, the Qb, the kicker, and a huge chunk of special teams.
As for Nba, they have the most hegith... which oddly could both work for or against them. So I'd say with the culmination of the 3 other professional sports leagues that the NFl goes down hard with no chance of a first down......

Let's be real here...
After the 1980's, NBA players CANNOT FUCKING FIGHT. AT ALL.
Want proof? Look at any brawl that happens between teams (NYK/DEN,IND/City of DET). Better yet, look at Shaq/Brad Miller, where Shaq was throwing a fist at Miller with his back turned and he COMPLETELY FUCKING MISSED.
NFL players arent any better. Take away their pads and helmets and they're bunch a pussies. All that muscle is useless if you dont put it to good use.
NHL/MLB wins. Street fighter mentality + Crazy white guys = Absolute victory

NFL players ftw. The only ones from the NFL that would surely get their asses handed to them by NBA,NHL,MLB players are the punters & kickers.
NHL is pretty badass. If they had equipment.. I can see it being closer.

NBA? why is everyone talking about NBA winning? they can dunk and make a few jump shots but NFL players have face with the same physical stature as all the NBA player and have taken them down. NFL players take people down. its they're job! Quarterbacks, kickers and some small receivers aside, they all played defense in their lives, so they know whats up. the only real challenge to the NFL would be the NHL but NFL would still be the victor.

Ur joking right. NFL players even without their pads and helmets are more stronger and fit than other players. These guys are big. Without any equipment or anything NFL players win because of sheer size and strength

most nhl players are the ones that ever fight. how many football players have really thrown a punch, or wrestle while throwing punches. i'd take the average nhl tough guy over nfl players.
shaq's the biggest sissy in a fight. he misses throwing a cheap wild swing on a player walking away from him.

No I'm not joking. A DH in MLB is near the strength of NFL players. Most big HR hitters in baseball can also hold their own. Then you got the SS and Outfielders for their speed and athletics. NHL players get downright fucking dirty. They walk around with missing teeth thats how fucking OC they are.
NFL players aint shit without their pads and helmets. I dont care if they are big that doesnt give them the auto win.

Pls don't bring in the speed and athletics crap. Wide recievers and cornerbacks have way more speed than mostly any person in baseball. For example, Deangelo hall can run a 40m dash in 4.15 seconds. I doubt anyone in baseball's going to match that. NHL players might be crazy but that doesn't mean shit. They're small compared to the size and strength of NFL players.

World class sprinters cant even run 4.15. They always make it higher than what it should be in the NFL. It was probably between 4.25-4.3.
Anyway, just look at the top base stealers in baseball and they are just as fast as the fastest players in Football. Hell one guy from the Tampa Bay Devil Rays (either Crawford or Gathright) jumped over a car without a running start and he also ran around 4.3 40.
NFL players withstand way more beatings and training. NFL wins.

If u type in fastest person in the NFL in google, then u'll see that deangelo hall cun run a 40 in 4.15 secs.
And u have to understand that football players are a lot durable than any of the other players, these guys take some big hits and they still get back up. It's not something that everyone can do

A lot of athletes in between the NFL, the NBA, and some of the MLB have swtched between sports. Charlie Ward for instance a guy who won the Heisman Trophy for NCAA football skipped up on his free ticket to the NFL and went into the NBA draft. I believe Luc Longley was another who played football but went into the NBA instead, and Randy Johnson played baseball and basketball both in college.

Read this. Here's what they say about Ben Johnson (Once broke 100 meter record before being caught using steroids):
There is no official world record for 40 yards.
The shortest distance that the IAAF, track and field's international governing body, recognizes for world-record purposes is an indoor 50 meters, or about 54 yards. It is 5.56 seconds and it was set by Canadian sprinter Donovan Bailey in 1996. There is also a world record for 60 meters -- 6.39 seconds by American Maurice Greene in 1998.
But it is another Canadian, Ben Johnson, who is believed to have run 40 yards faster than any human in history. Johnson is best known for injecting copious amounts of steroids and winning the 100 meters at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul in 9.79 seconds, only to have his gold medal and world record stripped after failing a post-race drug test.
Timing officials have since broken down that famed race into 10-meter increments, and Johnson was so preposterously fast that he went through 50 meters in 5.52 seconds and 60 meters in 6.37 -- both under the current world records at those distances. He went through 40 yards that day in 4.38 seconds.
So Deangelo Hall is potentially faster than the guy who once broke the 100 meter record? NFL officials always exaggerate 40 times.
And u have to understand that football players are a lot durable than any of the other players, these guys take some big hits and they still get back up. It's not something that everyone can do
NFL players also have protection from nearly head to toe. NHL players take just as much punishment (being slammed to the glass by a player who is skating on momentum looks a lil painful.) Although they're not as strong as NFL players the momentum they get makes up for it.

Why would they exaggerate? :huh
It's cold hard facts. What do they get out of saying Deangelo hall can run a 40 at 4.15 seconds?
Those protection doesn't absorb all the impact, they still take damage to some extent. NHL players aren't big enough to contend with NFL players

I shouldnt say exaggerate. It's more like inconsitant. Hand-times arent meant to be taken too seriously, when a person's reaction to start/stop the watch can greatly influence the time.
