Blood power is mostly all mental and some quick physical...when normal.

Cyborg Brother Blood literally took Cyborg apart with his bare hands and was only defeated when Cyborgs human spirit won through. Also having both his hands and forearms crushed in to pieces might have been a factor....

I'm handing this one to Jack. We were given no indication that Cyborg Brother Bloods armour was adamantium or anything remotely like it, though it is tough, granted. Jack an match him in speed I think and unless Blood has some uber-weapon up his ass - unlikely or he'd have used it against Cyborg when he was whaling on him - Jack takes this.

samurai jack. even if his sword doesn't work on blood at first the gods can just boost it up for him and annialte blood.

Jack wins this because:

1. Jacks sword cuts through anything except adamantium and Bloods armour isn't known to be adamantium. Even if it was with the Power of the Ancestors he can still be cut.

2. Cyborg Brother Blood was more melee combat than anything...which Jack absolutely freakin' excels in.

3. Jack has high speed and stamina and Blood never really showed any astounding speed himself....

4. Ain't no way Bloods mental powers can work on Jack. He's got way too much control over himself to let that happen.
