I read both, but they stopped translating SDK at chapter 105 and I'm only up to like issue 102 on Spawn.

The most current Spawn is more powerful than God and Satan, so, though I haven't read SDK, unless Aka No Ou is at the same level as God, I'm pretty sure Spawn takes this.

But he still dies if his head gets cut off IIRC. Then all Aka no Ou has to do is speedblitz Spawn.

I don't see what Aka No Ou can do to Spawn. He's immortal and has teleportation and extremely powerful magical powers

Decapitation doesn't kill Spawn. It was only if it if was by a weapon of heaven, but that hasn't worked for awhile now. No one can really speedblitz Spawn, because the second they take off he can match their speed and exceed it. Spawn definitely wins this. Considering he has absolutely no weaknesses or limits, I don't see how Aka No Ou could beat him.
