Massive curbstomp, Kaede's far faster than Shampoo has ever been shown to be and could win on that alone. Factor in three extra clones (although she could do much more as shown above) and Shampoo catches a major beatdown.

Shampoo is fast and she is strong as hell.

Kaede is faster, and way more versatile. Shampoo gets beatdown like she stole something. Do yourself a favor and go read some of the online fansubs of the Mahou Sensei Negima manga. Her fights with Colonel Sanders, and Mana during the festival are awe-inspiring.

Sacry thing is, she's only a Chunin by her world's standards yet she's tough , powerful, and fast enough to fight with some Narutoverse Jounins! :amazed

Plus, her Shadow Clones can be hit multiple times and not poof out! The fewer Shadow Clones she makes, the tougher they are, so much so, that when she made three clones, they were taking hits from Sanders powerful gravity magic (he could casually smash craters in the arena floor) and not poofing away.
