Old school Nickelodeon vs. New Nickelodeon

I wanted a fun thread to be on here, lately i haven't been happy with the OB, so i'm gonna bring up a topic i love, and love to hear about.

Soo, why is Old School Nickelodeon sooo much better?

Legend of the Hidden Temple? Wild N Crazy Kids? What Would Do? Double Dare? Nick Arcade? Global Guts? Hey Dude? Are You Afraid Of The Dark? Salute Your Shorts? Pete and Pete? All That? Kenan and Kel? ... the list goes on.

I thnk the only thing i really like form New Nickelodeon is Sponge Bob. And that Nick at Nite shows Fresh Prince. Only real 2 reasons i turn to that channel.

Thoughts? Reminensce? (spell check) Wanna throw out an old episode/memory Or wanna be a brave soul and prove why the New generation is better?

Mr. Meaty? By the looks of the show and title i assume they work at a fast-food joint? It looks hecka weird.

Also, anyone remember What Would You Do? Remember at the end of the show the contestant can pick from that wall of mini doors? A hand or contraption either hands u a shirt, or water bottle etc, or if unlucky a pie in the face.

I remember this one show where this small asian kid went to pick one of the mini-doors and a boxing glove on a spring came out and punched him in the face and he started crying. Oh man my cousin and i was rolling after that. If anyone posts a scan, a youtube link or nething where i see that then POSTIVE REP 4 U!

the fight would be the same with old and new cartoon network, especially with CN's introduction of the new american anime shows. (mostly japanese culture in general teen titans)

edit- neji, that show with the superheros was a skit on one of the greatest shows ever, kablam! they the superhero thing which was priceless because the he-man type character was naked. plus they had promethius and bob, where an alien tries to teach a cave man to be civilized, one of the greatest shows ever on old nickelodeon.

Old Nick is easily better then new Nick. Angry Beavers, Rugrats, Rocko's Modern Life (too an extent). The only decent shows that could be yielded from new nick is Spongebob and Zim (which aren't all that new anyway).

EDIT: I also like fairly odd parents, it can be quite funny at times.

Invader Zim is not old school, it came out the same time Fairly OddParents came out, 2001. That's definitely not old school. Invader Zim and Fairly OddParents are the only new nick shows I like. Old school definitely blows new nick out of the water.
