I can't see Luffy's punches doing anything to Clayface's liquid-like body.

However, I can see Clayface just wrapping Luffy up and suffocates him. This is also hard since Luffy is faster.

Oh well, at least there's a possibility for Clayface to win.

Well if I remember correctly from JLU and Batman cartoon, Matt can't be harmed by physical attacks (or so my memory says). Unless Luffy has access to Matt's weakness, he pretty much loses. I say Clayface suffocate's Luffy by sucking him into his body.
