Luffy's weaker to piercing attacks, but the only way they'll have enough penetrating force to damage him is if he falls on one after collapsing due to exhaustion of killing so many of them.

Porcupines are bloodlusted though. And I doubt Luffy can pick up earth fast enough to stop porcupines jumping onto him from all direction. Sooner or later he's gonna be covered with 800,000 spiky animals(assuming he killed 200,000 with earth).
