dont know who wiapa is, but in ToS you can make Regal become nearly invinsible

In my game Regal w/Dynasty could throw down Ygdrassyl by himself. Besides He fights only using his feet. I think he stated in game that if he fought with his arms he'd be 10X as strong. The guy takes this easily.

I'm so Glad I'm not the only ToS fan!!!!! :)
