I have to disagree with you on this little bit. Hinata and Tenten are most infamously crap ninja there are right now. Ino, according to Asuma, has exceptional ninja skills (Not that this would save her in a OB battle) While pre-TS Hinata failed her missions according to Kurenai. She couldn't even see tenketsus. Post-TS Hinata fainted to Naruto too . . . Hurrah for the ultimate improvement !
