If the villains went all out as soon as the fighting started, the show would've ended way earlier, with an unpopular ending. I really can't say about the good guys, since with most of the battles on DBZ they get powerups while fighting.

Goku and all of the other good guys die way earlier, the earth gets conquered or destroyed, the Nameks all die, and Majin Buu takes over the universe.

Freiza would have beaten everyone. Then went and conquered Earth. After a few years he'd have been raped by the androids. Who in turn would have been absorbed by Cell. After a few years Babidi comes to earth. Cell does battle with Deborah and the enrergy unleashed during the match would unleash majin Buu. Majin Buu PWNS everyone...It's a grim ending... :cry

i thought it would be interesting. Well, the Android would be in control of the Earth, since Gero busted his ass sooner. Dabura finds out about the Androids eventually. Either they fight or Babbidi controls them.

Freiza gets annihilated if he ever decides to come to Earth, unless he wishes for immortality first and assuming that Earth is still there.

Buu may or not not hatch, depending on interfernce from other villians and wheter Earth is there.

You can't cut a DBZ immortal in half(Non-canon). Even if you could, Piccolo Daimio can regenerate. and he would most likely get stronger

No they dont get weaker, their PL may take a "slight" drop, but nothing significant, unless they get raped like frieza did nail, and they fought before being delimbed

No need for him to come to Earth as Goku's been dead a long time. If he did he'd instantly own Piccolo.

After Raditz has owned Piccolo then Vegeta and Nappa arrive and take the Earth for themselves and get another new planet for Frieza.

Continues being bad and blowing shit up, doesn't get immortal cos without Piccolo's big mouth Raditz never learns about the Dragonballs and so neither do Vegeta and by extension Frieza.

Assuming they escape the erradication of the human race and that Vegeta or Frieza doesn't just blow up Earth they'd come out and likely kill the new occupiers of the planet once it's sold on. Either that or fight Frieza Force henchmen and then kill Frieza to assume control of his Empire.

7. cell

Absorbs enough people from other planets, takes 17 + 18 and becomes Perfect and then assumes control of Frieza's former Empire too with him at it's head now since anyone who can stop him is long dead.

8. Buu

Couldn't have appeared because Gohan's energy coupled with the Majin Vegeta + Goku fight was needed to awaken him...and Babidi would probably be well under Emperor Cell's heel.

So, yeah, that's how it'd go...Perfect Cell would rule the Universe....

But he only continued making adroids out of revenge,if the RR ribbon had defeated Goku Dr.Gero would be content and thus wouldn't make anymore androids/cell.
