vegetto wins if thats the case,and no goku doesnt have near the level of ppg in regards to dem,if this is a straight up fight then ppg would litterally make an ability to win,but take it away and yea they get stomped they arent nearly his equal in strength.

I'm just not a fan of using DEM as an auto-victory. It's too non-specific, and doesn't provide any real sense victory - especially since DEM by definition involves some kind of outside force (whether it be an object or person) changing the stakes.

Then that is closer to just being ingenuitive, and really has nothing to do with DEM at all. However, saying that they will come up with something new is not enough. You should probably try to discern what they would come up with.

Anyway, the time traveling thing isn't going to do them much good (thats IF they can use it effectively...they've never shown any form of time control, they only returned for the sake of the story), if the magically time travel to when Goku was a little Kid (or Vegeta) and want to kill him, they'd have to go to planet Vegeta.

1) they have no idea where that is.
2) A planet full of bloodlusted saiyans and you want to kill the crown prince?
3) Frieza
4) Broli
