Where did the anime get?

I just finnished watching the bleach anime (including fillers), and I would like to start reading the manga. However, I don't feel like reading trought the whole story again, so can somebody please tell me at which manga chapter the anime got (And where the new story starts)?

Though you should first read chapter 25 for a little tidbit that was left out of the anime right after the Grand Fisher fight...It'll have to do with stuff after the SS arc.
