If Flash uses speedforce, the senbonzakura petals will be floating inmobilized in mid air, Flash can calmly walk towards Supes and stab him 2 times with the Suzumebachi, and Superman will be moving in slow motion for Flash all the time.

Ichigo's Bankai seems to be able to boost the user's speed, and since Superman is already 99% or at lightspeed, he could potentially keep up with Flash. Although if Flash steals his speed Superman is done for.

Well, it depends on where Supes stabs Flash. If Supes stabs Flash in the balls, then yes, it will definitely be over.

Ichigo's bankai is useless, even if Supes increases his speed greatly, the Flash (at least the most powerful version) can keep accelerating over and over.
And he can steal Supes' speed and use the energy to accelerate himself even faster.
The suzumebachi in Flash's hands is a one shot kill, the best option for Supes is to mess up Flash's senses right off the bat.
Tousen's or Aizen's zanpakutous would be very helpful.
